| Men's String Bikini Briefs? I know this question was already asked, but I couldn't repond because it was closed. So I'm bringing this up again to clarify a few things. I'm a straight man, as straight as they come. I was even suprised to read a study that showed that 60 % of males have sexually fantasized about a member of the same sex before the age of 15, and I'm not one of them, so I"m as un-gay as a person gets. | I need a daily dietary plan to build muscle.? I want a plan that i can use everyday that Is inexpensive, minimal in carbs and fat (i dont care if the food tastes bad) but it must stay around 1200-1500 calories per day. How can I get all the daily nutrition I need in such a small amount of calories. I want to eat these foods everyday...so I just need one meal plan that will get the job done..plus i need lots of protein sources that are low in fat and cholesterol. | "accept my body the way it is" is totally wrong!? i get so annoyed by these morons who say "social standards tell us how we should look".... no, evolution does. women should be slender and men should be muscle toned to be in ideal physical condition. not being fat isnt a media myth, its a health concern. our diet of grains and dairies contribute (see paleo diet.) all women can have bikini bodies and all men can have 6 packs if they follow a paleo diet and get a healthy amount of exercise. even if you work- just walk more and eat better! why do the women in victoria secret look like that? why don't you see fat sprinters? because its the healthy, athletic form. i think it's MORE unhealthy to tell girls its ok to be fat and tell guys that its ok if you're not able to play sports to a sufficient level. |
