| Try buying higher-waisted jeans instead of the low rise kind. I think they also sell special underwear for low rise jeans at aerie or victoria's secret. You can also wear a thong, though those are unhealthy and it'll sorta be like wearing no underwear (which will itch for you). If you're wearing a tank top underneath your sweater you can just pull it past your butt so that way when you bend down it won't ride up and expose your back. hope this helps |
